Art & Photo Gallery
The Photo and Artz Works Gallery is located on the New South Wales South Coast in the seaside village of Culburra Beach. It is within the Shoalhaven City Council area and features photography, paintings, sculptures and other works from artists inspired by the beaches, the mountains and the rivers in the area. The Gallery also has regular exhibitions of invited artists. The Photo Gallery and Art Gallery are combined in the one space for your convenience.
Art Gallery
The art gallery sells framed and unframed artwork in all styles by local artists. You'll also discover a range of unique sculptures and wood-cut prints. All works in the gallery are original and very individual. You can browse the art gallery in person at 6 Fairlands Street, Culburra Beach.
Digital Photography
The Gallery, in association with 'Events Photography', also provides a wide range of professional digital photography services including photographic commissions , individual and group portraits, sports photography and commercial photography. We can also print photo enlargements to A2 size from your digital photography files. If you are an interior designer, home decorator or graphic designer, the photo gallery can supply photos and art specific to your requirements.
Exhibitions
The philosophy of the gallery is to provide exhibitions of original and individual photographs and works of art. The gallery offers choices for those searching for a work of art, with a regular turn over of pieces on exhibition, and not simply a static display that only changes when something is sold.We know how difficult it can be to find that individual piece, so please have a look at what the art gallery has to offer, or contact us if you have something specific in mind.
Fine Art Photography
The Gallery has a limited number of Fine Art, black and white photographs for sale. The photographs are digital prints on the highest quality papers tested to last lifetimes. The definition of Fine Art is hard to qualify but this type of photography really stands out from multi coloured prints. "The fact that I present them in Black and White highlights the ability of the photographer to capture something special with no other colours to distract the viewer".Nude Photography
I regularly shoot personal projects which predominately focus on the nude form. Whilst this form of photography may not be to everyones liking, it nevertheless has been one of the focal points for artists through the history of art. There is a very fine line to be drawn between depiticting nude as a fine art representation and erotica. "I strive to present fine art / creative nude photography in the Gallery".
